UNDERMINE RELEASE THEIR THIRD SINGLE ‘SUPERHERO’! 

Undermine’s third single from their debut album is SUPERHERO. The song has an epic sounding high energy rock feel that you can instantly hear being played in cinemas around the world, as your favourite SUPERHERO takes on the enemy!

Listed as the eighth track on their self-titled album, ‘Superhero’ maintains the dynamic mix of great guitar riffs and melody while stepping up the tempo. 

The Adelaide group recorded ‘Superhero’ as part of their debut album at Ultrasonic Studios in Brisbane. The album was produced by Grammy nominated and multi-Juno Award winning record producer and audio engineer Brandon Friesen (Nickelback, Comeback Kid, Sum 41, The Music), mixed in Los Angeles by the internationally acclaimed Keith Armstrong (Santana, Billy Talent, Joe Cocker, Bon Jovi) and mastered by Tom Baker (30 Seconds to Mars, Hoobastank, The Living End, Velvet Revolver) at Precision Mastering. 

Guitarist Scott Gummow talks about the recording process for Superhero, “…with this one we really wanted change it up a little. We threw in an unusual but I think interesting chord progression and combined it with some modal scales for the lead lines. I think it came out great and gave that epic, kind of uprising sound to the track” 

With each release the word continues to be spread locally and internationally as the facebook fan page like count continues to grow into the tens of thousands. Gigs around their home town of Adelaide have been very well received and have landed the band some promising support slots for early in 2015.
