"The House The Old" is a driven, passionate and charismatic sound created by singer/songwriter Imran Siddiqui and Washington DC's veteran record producer Marco Delmar.
Imran writes these songs with the help of a talented set of musicians, including Ken Barnum and Barry Warsaw on bass guitar, Mark Reiter on drums and Marco Delmar on Lead guitar. Marco Delmar is also the producer on the record.

Missing", the debut single, is a heartfelt dance-rock track that takes a stand against violence on women, an issue that few artists have talked about. The song and the video aims to raise awareness about violence against women and children in America and around the world.
Missing” is currently available onthehousetheold.com and all social media sites for preview until official release. The single will precede the upcoming full-length album “One God”, releasing in December 2014. Much like the single the album features songs focused on real-life issues that affect our lives every single day. “

On August 14, 2014, The House The Old will release the first in a collection of singles representing the artist's personal connection to humanity and unwavering commitment to God.  

 

This much-anticipated single, Missing, was inspired by Imran Siddiqui’s profound respect for his mother and millions of women like her, who thrive against impossible odds. The single reflects his early life experiences, and is a moving tribute to the ongoing plight of women at the hands of mankind’s perpetual flawed thinking and resulting disingenuous actions.

 

With his lyrics, supported by a captivating musical energy, Imran raises the hope of a larger, more engaged discussion, toward a common goal of Ending Violence Against Women in our societies.  

 

The song’s teaser has already gained widespread popularity across social media platforms, a testament to The House The Old's charismatic presence and the engaging quality of work.  

 

For this debut single, Imran has assembled a talented group of musicians, led by award-winning producer Marco Delmar, who is also featured on the lead guitars, with Barry Warsaw on Bass and Mark Reiter on Drums. Ken Barnum and Stephanie Milne are the sound engineers on the single.

 

The official music video of Missing is directed by Alex Henderson who is also known as Alexander the Titan based in Los Angeles California. The video is shot over different locations across LA. Alex, along with his creative team and an engaging cast of performers like Adam Suzuki, Elissa Rowe and Scott Lambert worked passionately to bring the story of Missing to life with a strong vision and dedication to the message of the video, which is, to say No To Abuse.  

 

THTO's official photography and brand design is also a creative and collaborative work lead by photographer and design artist Enoch Chan, Tanzeel Rehman and Cindy Clark.
