She's got a Southern heart, and a Rock n’ Roll soul. Outlaw Southern Rocker, Glitter Rose from Ft. Worth, TX. This left handed guitarist owns the stage with her amazing charisma and defining Southern Rock sound. GR is a veteran in the music industry starting professionally at 13 years old in 1998. She is an accomplished guitarist, a simply genius songwriter, and has vocals packed with power, grit, and originality. From March to July 2012, she held a 5 month residency at Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood on Hollywood Blvd. for an event they created about her music called Southern Rock Brunch. She is a 2 time winner in the 2013 Artists In Music Awards for Best Rock Artist and Album of the Year for Dead or Alive. She won Best Music Video for her video “Buda Negra” at the 2013 Bare Bones International Film Festival and took home Country Artist of the Year in the 23rd Annual Los Angeles Music Awards. Also in 2013, she was honored with the prestigious nomination for Texas State Artist – State Musician by the Texas Commission on the Arts, and was chosen as one of the Top 3 Bands in Los Angeles, CA for Hard Rock Rising 2013 Global Battle of the Bands.
GR's time is definitely here, sweeping the 2014 Artists In Music Awards, receiving 4 awards including Best Southern Rock Artist, Best Music Video for “Buda Negra”, Performer of the Year and Artist of the Year. Glitter Rose shows off her four awards As seen on the red carpet in Hollywood at the 2014 Artists In Music Awards at Jon Lovitz Theatre (formerly BB Kings), Glitter Rose was dressed in Southern Rock fashion in her signature Peter Grimm cowboy hat, leather and foux fur jacket, and cowboy boots, together with stunning gorgeous couture jewelry by Katharine James Fine Jewelry.
Glitter Rose’s music is breaking new ground as the new sound of Southern Rock meets Country. In 2013, the 28-year-old Texan took home four music awards. At the start of 2013, Glitter Rose was recognized with two awards including Best Rock Artist and she received the Album of the Year Award for Dead or Alive at the 2013 Artists In Music Awards at Key Club in Hollywood, CA. In April, Glitter earned the title for Best Music Video for her song “Buda Negra” at the 2013 Bare Bones International Film Festival in Muskogee, OK. During the same month, Glitter was honored with the prestigious nomination for Texas State Artist – State Musician by the Texas Commission of the Arts. Glitter was also chosen as one of the three finalists in Hard Rock Rising’s 2013 Global Battle of the Bands. Then in November, Glitter was honored at the 23rd Annual Los Angeles Music Awards when she took home the award for Country Artist of the Year.

After winning eight awards inside of one year, Glitter's legacy is gaining momentum and does not appear to be slowing down. On January 18, Glitter recently celebrated her 3,000th show with a Red Carpet Event and special live performance with her band at Jon Lovitz Theatre. Glitter has been involved in several projects including hosting a successful charity auction for Susan G. Komen held at the Gibson Showroom in Beverly Hills that helped make it possible for over 30 women to obtain mammograms at no charge. Glitter also made cameo appearances in several television and film projects including the upcoming film “American Girl”. She also wrote the title track for the movie “American Girl”. The song “American Girl” was accompanied with her new track “Tennessee Time”, a song that was nominated for Country Single of the Year at the 23rd Annual Los Angeles Music Awards. Glitter plans on continuing to work on her new album, which is due out this Fall.

Glitter will embark on her first international performance in March at the 25th Annual musikmesse 2014. Since 1989, musikmesse is the worlds largest annual music fair and trade show for musical instruments, lighting, recording, and sound equipment held in Frankfurt, Germany. Glitter was honored with an invitation to perform courtesy of her latest endorsement, Montarbo Made In Italy, Professional Sound Systems. Established in 1962, Montarbo is the pioneer in professional audio field, produces active and passive loudspeakers, cabinet, power amplifiers, audio tools, and commercial audio.
