Artist Biography

Michael Caserta Bio:

Michael Caserta is a songwriter and musical performer out of Memphis Tennessee, currently working with BMI in Nashville, as a songwriter for the last three years. At the age of 19 he has had the opportunity to play, perform live and record with many music people.

After spending the last five years in different local bands, and having the opportunity to open for acts such as: Blues Traveler, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, and ZZ Top, Michael started working on his own music and has spent the last year completing work on his first solo studio CD named Word Painter.

Michael plays all of the instruments on the CD except Drums. He also wrote the music and lyrics as well as co-produced the project. The band/project is called Radio Dial. The CD was produced by Andy Kravitz. It was co-produced by Kerry Kernan and Michael Caserta.

The CD was recorded in Memphis and Philadelphia over a one-year period. It was mixed in LA by Andy Kravitz, and Mastered in Philadelphia by Grammy winning producer: Phil Nicolo at Studio 4. Michael had a great experience working with and being part of the recording process with these great people. Michael is also very active in the classical side of music. He has studied and played for the past 5 years and is part of many activities, where he plays Double Bass and Electric Bass. Contact at: Radio Dial on web
