Biography:
Juan Francisco Zerpa is a Venezuelan singer/songwriter/drummer with five musical productions edited in indie way at the musical business of his native country. He studied singing, acting and blues with the renowned American singer Janice Williams. He has performed at several stages and has made appearances in many TV shows in Caracas, Barquisimeto, Miami, New York, Bogotá, Madrid and Santiago de Chile. He also played in Musicals at important theatres in Caracas.
Juan Francisco had five albums: “Juan Francisco” (1999), “Ecos” (2001), “Lejos de aquí” (2005), “Crónicas” (2008) and recently “Calle Furia” (2011).
His songs had been included in five compilations: “El solar de los desconocidos” (2000), “CAUTION: Music Zone” (2004), “Atracciones de Otoño ‘05” (2005), “Sonogram” (2006) and “Summer 2008” (2008). This last four CD’s were edited in Miami by ¡BOOM! Magazine (a renowned Alternative Latin Rock magazine).
